Dr. Erin Allard is an Educational Developer and Program Area Lead for the Emerging Educators portfolio at the Paul R. MacPherson Institute for Leadership, Innovation, and Excellence in Teaching at McMaster University, where she has worked since 2012. Her work primarily centers around supports and services intended to enhance Teaching Assistant, graduate student, and postdoctoral fellow teaching development. Erin lives in Guelph, Ontario with her husband, toddler, and two very lazy cats.
