Melanie Mills (she/her) is an Associate Librarian at Western University, where she currently serves as the Director of the Graduate Library in the Faculty of Information & Media Studies (FIMS). She has worked in academic libraries for over twenty years as a practitioner and library administrator. Melanie is the 2023 President of the Ontario Library Association (OLA), Canada's largest and longest running library association.
